| The backpack portable MARK 3 is the
highest performance centrifugal fire pump of this type available. This fact combined
with its rugged design features has made the MARK 3 the standard wildland fire pump in
North America and in many other countries as well. Wherever the water delivery
requirements are: high volume flow at low pressures; high pressure flow at several
mid-slope points; or high pressure pumping to overcome great elevation changes and
operate fire nozzles effectively; the Wajax MARK 3 is the pump for the job.
Lightweight and compact it can be easily carried in a vehicle compartment or mounted to a
backpack frame. The MARK 3 can be utilized by itself, in tandem (series) setups, in
parallel (two into one) systems, in close loop operations, and as inline booster to
vehicle mounted pumps when additional pressure is required. The lightweight
compactness, application, flexibility and high performance offered make the MARK 3 a truly
unique piece of fire fighting equipment. |
